Cancellation Policy
At True Skyn Beauty, we value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and we understand that life happens — so we’ve created a policy that’s fair and flexible for everyone.
Cancellations or Reschedules:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client.
Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours):
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
No-Show Appointments:
Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to pay a non-refundable retainer to rebook future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
Retainers:
Certain appointments require a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking. Retainers go toward your service total and cannot be transferred or refunded if you cancel or no-show.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness or an unforeseen situation, please reach out — communication is always appreciated, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
